GrooveSeeker GraphRAG Week: Announcing Results
Hello everybody! I am so excited to write today’s post. This week has been GrooveSeeker GraphRAG Week, as mentioned in the three most recent articles. You can read more here, to catch up:
This week, I have been doing this work as well as the writing, and I am so happy with the results:
Reliability Improvement: 80.53% to 100%
Prompt-to-Answer Improvement: 60 seconds to 3 seconds (soon 0)
The time estimate is an estimate. Prompts used to take a long time to get answers, and now the delay just feels natural. From what I am seeing, I am typically getting answers in about 3-4 seconds, sometimes faster.
And that delay is about to be reduced to zero. I already know what to do. Yes, I will have sub-second prompt to answer on an AI interface, as soon as I want it.
How is that even possible, you ask? How is it possible to get sub-second answers from an LLM when it takes an LLM seconds to create answers, typically? It has to do with the architecture and how I have built my systems. I will explain these kinds of things in premium articles.
Article Preparation
In order to prepare for this article, I have done a few things:
Worked very hard on GrooveSeeker’s GraphRAG all week to bring its reliability to 100% on all desired capabilities. No model is 100%. “All models are wrong but some are useful.” However, my model has achieved 100% reliability in question sets to probe capabilities.
Accidentally realized that I didn’t need something in order to go fast, which immediately made things very fast. It was a Eureka moment, and a very important moment for my company.
Put the GraphRAG on Hugging Face so that I can chat with it.
Updated the Cosmograph data so that I can explore it with the GraphRAG.
With that, we are ready to go! I will explore the Cosmograph network, and then I will ask questions about what I see!
Network Exploration with GraphRAG
What a cool heading. Network Exploration with GraphRAG. I wonder if anyone has ever done that before this moment. Let’s go!
First, pull up Cosmograph so that you can view the network. This will take a few seconds to load. It is incredible to explore.
I can see that there are 38,464 nodes and 212,108 edges.
Let’s see if our GraphRAG can give us answers about this large network!
Brooklyn Comedy Collective
I can see Brooklyn Comedy Collective above, so let’s start there! What are they about? How many events can I see?
That is what my chat experience looks like, right now. Not flashy. We are going to put this behind an iPhone app and website, as soon as we can. A few things:
Prompt to answer took about three seconds. Unnoticeable delay. Not worth counting anymore.
Completeness in answering. Look at the scroll bar on the right. Often, RAG systems will return a few documents that are supposedly relevant to a prompt. Mine provides completeness of information, and depth.
