Hello everyone! As I announced in yesterday’s article, I will be offering training very soon. I expect to open enrollment early next week, and I am hoping to begin offering courses right away after that. Here is the article in case you missed it.

OSINT for Everyone

I am aiming to teach two versions of this course.

• Distilled: One day compressed course for those who want to just learn what this is and how it can be useful to them. The goal here is to understand what OSINT is.

• Full: Three day full course for those who want to learn what this is, how it can be useful, and how the work is done. The goal here is to understand what OSINT is and how to do it, roughly.

I am pricing this so that it is affordable for everyone. This is not $5000 training. I want to democratize OSINT, not gatekeep it for the wealthy. Eventually, I will offer student discounts. I will right away offer group discounts, and discounts to those who want to return to the class a second (or third, fourth, etc.) time. They can come back and learn anytime. :)

I am still working out the details, but I expect the three days to go something like this:

• Day 1: What is this and how is it useful?

• Day 2: How is this done and what does the work look like?

• Day 3: Let’s do it together using real internet and social media data!

This course will be suitable for everyone, not just programmers, so on Day 3 I will be showing non-technical and low-tech approaches to doing OSINT. On Day 2, I will be showing my own super technical approaches. Later, I will offer training for specialized OSINT courses, such as Narrative Analysis, Mapping Influence Operations, Understanding Information Warfare, Cluster and Trend Analysis, and other things that I do.

Anyway, more details will be out soon. I wanted to write this article because I enjoy these books and thought some of you might as well. I’ll put the rest behind a paywall as my paying readers are supporting my writing. If you would like to learn OSINT from me, it costs money. I need to pay mortgage and bills and feed my family.
